We're Effective: a group of passionate and resourceful technologists and software engineers who love building quality digital products.
We're headquartered in Austin, TX 🇺🇸, distributed globally, working 'round the clock to ship some of the best code out there.
We were founded in 2011, and since then we built many mobile and web applications for a variety of companies: from small tech and consumer startups to multi-national retail and telecommunication companies.

Our most fruitful partnerships have been with UX-savvy design agencies and tech startups that possess a certain level of technical leadership themselves but don't have the team to handle execution of a project.
In the past couple of years, we delivered web and mobile applications for large organizations such as IMAX, YouTube, Walmart, Kroger, Yandex, as well as smaller startups such as ProductHired, bthere, VeriFlix, HeraMED, Raisin and many others.

⚒️ What We Do
Mobile Application Development We build mobile applications using Swift (iOS), Kotlin (Android), Flutter and React Native (cross-platform).
Web Application Development Our primary stack is Node + React (as well as other JS-based frameworks). We also build products in Python and PHP (Laravel).
We leverage AI platforms such as OpenAI, StableDiffusion, and others to serve as an integral part of products and platforms that we build for our clients. We will also do custom development for enterprise systems such as ERPs and CRMs to introduce AI-drive functionality. We’ve seen AI be transformational to companies’ customer support, content generation, categorization, and many other types of work.
Ecommerce & CMS Implementation Shopify and WooCommerce are our Ecommerce platforms of choice. When it comes to CMS implementation, we favor Wordpress and Webflow, along with headless CMS such as Prismic and Contenteful.
Many of our clients possess the technical leadership internal to their teams; however, we're open to play a CTO role on certain projects.
Looking to do some technical research and put together quick prototypes? We can do that, too, as long as it's a part of a larger engagement.
We staff every project with at least 1 manual QA, which allows our developers to focus on shipping code and helps find non-obvious bugs that we can timely fix. We don't offer QA services a-la-carte independently from software development services.
